I was greeted by this full rainbow as I stepped outside to get firewood for my stove one morning last winter. It brought me to a standstill, and I just stood there, soaking in the beauty. What a gift, and what a way to start the day! Gratitude for the beauty of this earth.
I have learned to take moments like these and allow them to affect me deeply. They are occasions for a pause, for sinking into a reverie, for remembering that there is so much more to life than getting things done. Remembering that there is a world of light all around us and through us, and that it is accessible anytime we take the time to take a breath and plunge into quiet ecstasy.
It’s moments like these that keep me going, keep me inspired.
Right now I’m inspired by my online couple’s group that opens up for a new round next month. It’s called “Bliss: Dissolve into Universal Oneness”. It is about how couples can enhance each other’s spiritual expansion, access greater pleasure, and use that pleasure to open up to the same kind of ecstasy that I experienced with this rainbow.
