I’m REALLY passionate about helping individuals and couples who are navigating a sexual challenge. A few years ago, my partner and I were struggling. My body had changed and the things that used to feel good no longer worked for me. It was heart-breaking to see how this was creating a deep sense of sadness in longing for what we used to have. But we were dedicated to working through this. Using the same tools that have helped my clients, we found our way back to enjoying sex that is better than it’s ever been.
I’ve also been in partnerships where I was not feeling met, seen, supported, or fully enjoyed sexually and I know how hard that can be. It hurt so much that I resolved to never diminish my sexual energy again.
It can feel all-consuming to know that something is off in your partnership and not know how to get to the other side. Or to know that there is a powerful energy inside of you that you just don’t know how to access. Or to feel constricted by deep-seated shame about your sexuality.

So what happens in these sessions?
This is a private phone or Zoom session that lasts 30-60 minutes. We will look at 3 main areas:
- What your challenges are when it comes to your sexuality.
- What your life would be like on the other side of these challenges.
- I’ll give you my best recommendations to help you get to a place where you’re enjoying your sex life, and your intimate connections. These recommendations have worked for many of my clients and I promise that you’ll get a lot of value from our short time together.
We’ll also get to take a few minutes to explore whether we would be a good fit to continue to work together. No pressure, no strings attached… Just a great conversation with someone who listens deeply, sees your magnificence and believes that you can transform the challenges in your sexuality into ecstasy that brings you more than you can imagine.
