Finding Peace

“Don’t you worry ’bout a thing!” — Stevie Wonder

I woke with this song on my mind yesterday. I was happy and content with my life. I wake like this every day these days. Life is full of love, sweetness, contentment, peace. I have a wonderful partner, great friends, satisfying work and enough money. And permeating all that satisfaction with my human life is a deep and abiding connection to the light — the ultimate reality.

It wasn’t always this way. I remember how different it was when I was in my 30’s. I was in a miserable relationship. When I woke every morning, the first thing I thought about was, “How am I going to pay my rent this month?” I would lie there worrying about all that every morning. I finally noticed that it was not really about paying my rent or my relationship, it was an all-pervading anxiety that something bad was going to happen.

It’s been years of work to find this peace. It’s come to me in a deeper and more lasting way only recently, with the spiritual connection that is blossoming in me more and more. I trust the universe. I trust that I will be held and cared for, and that everything is unfolding perfectly.

My work is reflecting this transformation. It’s easier and easier to help others find this peace and happiness for themselves because I can hold that energy as a guidepost for them to resonate with so much better now.

If you’d like to find this for yourself, I would love to support you. I have room in my schedule for one new client. If this resonates with you, let’s talk in a complimentary phone call to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
