For the last 12 years, I have worked personally with a channeled being named Sohra. She says that there are three levels of enlightenment attainable as a human, with the highest being light body. She also said that there are 700 levels after that! Sohra has moved far along in the process and is guiding a small group of us towards light body enlightenment. Through those years I have come to experience, with more and more capability, what can be best described as a sense of oneness, serenity and bliss.
For over a year now, I have been working in alignment with Sohra during online group and private sessions. I conduct the session, and she is present to work with the energies of the people I am with. It’s been an incredible journey into the mysteries.
Now I am creating a new offering: an in-person year-long group that is focused upon body-centered practices combined with meditation that leads you into deep states of blissful spiritual expansion. This is a way to activate your connection with the luminous emptiness while including your body.
Meeting in person allows for a transmission of energy that boosts your process of awakening.

What does the program entail?
Over one year, we will have 4 in-depth day-long meetings, on (or near) the equinoxes and solstices.

Location: El Cerrito, CA (in the San Francisco East Bay)
Each day will be a beautiful flow between:
- Gentle movement that helps to get you present and your body awakened
- Energetic movement to quiet your mind for deeper meditation (and for fun!)
- Guided meditation to facilitate a deep experience of merging with the vast reaches of pure consciousness and an ocean of infinite light
- A sound healing from my partner John Thompson. His resonating baritone voice, plus drums and other instruments, will help you to sink into yourself even more deeply.
- Working both solo and with the energies of the group to amplify the process of activation
- A ceremony to celebrate the solstice or equinox. This helps you stay grounded in the rhythms of the earth and sun and work with the energies of the season.
- A delicious organic, vegan and gluten-free lunch is included.
- You will also be invited to join the group at a nearby restaurant for dinner together after the day is complete. (Not included with the workshop, but a nice way to create even more of a bond with your fellow explorers.)
At the end of the year’s journey there will be an opportunity to continue on for another year. The content will not repeat, and you will get to choose whether the cycle feels complete for you at that point or whether you are still on board for the journey.
