The Shared Breath

To do this meditation, have a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Sit or lie facing your partner, so that you can have eye contact. If you are alone, you can do this in front of a mirror — very sweet to connect with yourself!

If prolonged eye contact is new to you, feel free to look away whenever you like. You will become more accustomed to it over time and it will get easier.
